SPF (Sender Policy Framework)
A DNS record listing which servers are allowed to send email for your domain — one of three records that prove your mail isn't forged.
SPF is a DNS TXT record that specifies which mail servers may send on behalf of your domain. Receiving servers check it to confirm an email actually came from an authorized source.
Since the major inbox providers' 2024 bulk-sender rules, SPF is required alongside DKIM and DMARC. Missing any of the three is a structural fast-track to the spam folder.
