Dispositions
The sell side of a wholesale or flip business — finding the end-buyer and getting a controlled property assigned or sold.
Dispositions, often shortened to dispo, is everything that happens after a property is under contract: marketing the deal, working the cash-buyer list, fielding offers, and getting it assigned or sold. Acquisitions locks up the deal; dispositions converts that control into cash.
Strong dispositions rests on a current, well-segmented buyer list and accurate numbers a buyer can trust. The faster a controlled deal moves to a committed buyer, the less risk the wholesaler carries during the inspection and closing window.
